So I am sitting at a suhsi bar last night and my wife says "what do you recommend?" The sushi chef says "live scallop". He pulls a giant scallop out of a cold bucket of salt water and holds it up. The shell is almost as big as a frisbee. The scallop itself is as big as a hockey puck -no exaggeration. MmmmmmmmmMM-MM! He made the other meat around the scallop itself into a sweet salad mix. Never thought I'd find myself eating a scallop --alive.
