can anyone give me any advice on how i should go about moving my tank and livestock?

Yeah, Move it into your next door neighbors house ask for some cash. Drive to oregon, and build a new one ;)

When I moved I put all my rock in rubbermaid garbage cans in water and strapped them in the truck, and transported some of the water in a buch of buckets. I also put the live stock in buckets, and some corals in a rubber tote. However that's a long trip for your live stock I would definately transport them in styrfoam, but your best bet for them might be to take them to a lfs, and have them send them to you.

I'm not as brave as you -- I wouldn't even try to move livestock that far. Do you expect to be on the road for several days? Staying in hotels along the way?
