Moving my fish tank

Hello everyone, I just moved and as i type this, I am currently putting my tank back together. It is only a 30 gallon tank and I only have 3 fish and some live rock...however I was wondering how to go about this the best way...I have drained my tank into a few 5 gallon pails and I have poured 10 gallons back into the tank...the water is really cloudy, which i assume in natural...my questions is....should I continue to use the pailed water...do a water change and when should I put the fish back into the tank...the fish consist of 1 clown, 1 damsel and 1 goby...Thanks everyone.

Moving it like that probably stirred up a lot of crap in the sand. You may see another cycle so be careful of that. The water itself should be fine though.

i would till your water checks out just to be safe. If it test fine while all that crap is stirred up you should be ok.
