Multiple Blennies

Will this cause a problem? I'd like to add a lawnmower to my 40g, already have a small scooter blenny.

They will be fine. Usually blennies of different species are ok with each other.
Besides a scooter blenny is actually a dragonnet anyhow.

I had them both in my 29g without any issues. You should be just fine.
