My 100000000000 billion gallon aquarium

I have questin that is weird but intersting. When we start up pure tanks we have all these algie problems and red slime out breaks. Did this happen to the ocean when it just formed. And what is the oceans protine skimer. Is it the white stuff that the waves leave behind. Is that how the oceans protine skimmer works.

 

Well, the sea foam is pretty much the same as the skimate from the skimmer. As for the algea out break, you gotta remember that the ocean was formed billions of years before life. Then the first forms of life were bacteria so the ocean was probably full of beneficial bacteria long before algea could break out
