Pretty, but it looks like the bubble tip is starting to head south. The bleaching means the nem is sick.

What kind of lights do you have? What are your water parameters at? Nems are some of the more challenging animals to keep in this hobby and we dont recommend tanks less than a year old try them. They require pristine water conditions and stability, two things that are very hard to accomplish in new tanks. And they also require very high lighting conditions, higher than corals. The biggest danger with nems is that they can nuke you whole tank if they die.
 
He was the same color at the store . using two reef capable led . They are working great . My polyps and xenia are spreading like wild fire. for some reason the bubble doesnt like to be close to the light, he is always under the rock or along the backside.
