Nanotuners

Hey Guys,

Just wondering, anyone ever had any problems with nano tuners ? I'm having a little issue that I can't seem to resolve and I wonder if anyone has had any problems with them in the past.

Just some communication issues or orders taking longer than expected.
But they did recently repair an led light for me that broke from what may have easily been my fault.


What's the issue?

Well DOA product that took a while to get to me and unfortunately now I'm having a little trouble getting ahold of them.

Well, i would just be nice and mention in your next email that if you don't hear back soon, you will have to do a chargeback with your credit card (or paypal). But you would rather avoid that and have them make it right asap.

And if still no response, then do exactly that.
