Need Help on White fuzzy growth on Live Rock

I have a 150 Gal Reef tank and I see several of these growths appearing. They are white to off-white, about 3/4" to 1" diameter and 1/2" high. Kinda like a snowball or a (white) cotton candy look It is right in the center of the picture. They look fuzzy, and have a possible opening in the center.

Any help would be appreciated. . . and if they are not good for my tank, how to remove would be helpful as well.

Q-tip sponges...they are beneficial filter feeders.

Q-tips (pineapple) sponges look like this.

But what you have is still a sponge and harmless. They will come and go and can be many different colors. Right now I have green,purple and white ones. Here is a pic of one that got to the size of a golf ball. Then in about a week it shriveled up and disappeared. I think this one is more like the one you have.

The last picture can be some kind of demo-sponge or a tunicate. Either one can be beneficial.

Yes its just a sponge I get them and then tehy go away then show up other places no need to worry.
