Need Help Please!!!!!!

I woke up this morning and in my 46 gallon tank i noticed on the glass hundreds of these little white things running everywhere... they mainly stay where the algea is but i see em everywhere.. Even on the live rock. What is this??? none of my fish are sick, have ich, or have any signs of being unhealthy. I did just put in a new red starfish last night, but that can't be it!?!? i'm betting they've been there for awhile but i just haven't noticed them until i was staring at the starfish on the glass.. anyways, am i in trouble??? or is this normal?? any help would be great. Thanks.

sounds like pods. there are all different kinds and they are perfectly fine. we all love em.

ahem...I seem to post this a lot, but I will do it again. In the future pics are greatly appreciated as we can more easliy identify questions you have. This hobby has SO many variations to critters that a pic really helps. Not to mention is satisfies our need to see other peoples' tanks
