Need help plumbing a new tank

I'm setting up a 90 gal 1/2 round acrylic tank, 24" tall, 24" radius. I plan to install an under tank sump with a berlin skimmer. Do you have any advice on installing/drilling an in tank overflow. How large should the outlet be for a 2000 gph pump? How far below the top should the weir box be built? How big? How about returning the pump to the tank to maximize water movement within the tank? Any tricks to keep from siphoning the tank into the sump with a power outage? How many inlets and how big for a 2000 gph pump?
