"Need Help" to make a

24" AquaticLife T5 HO Dual Lamp Light Fixtures fit a 30" 20gal tank. I cant afford to blow 100 bucks right now and have to go from my 45gal tank to a 20gal.
Any suggestions how to make it extend to fit? thx in advance!!

cant hang it. Yes it has the legs on it.

I would run to Home Depot or Lowes and get one of these:

Cut it to a length longer than your tank width. Place 2 equal lengths on your tank top flat side down. Place the legs in the open end of the channel to hold it on top of the tank.
