Need id on a weird think on my glass

i was looking at the glass and i saw one used the scrapper on it and it was a little hard not slimy,

my girl tells me thats theirs more inside the rim sure enought thats the picture i took what is this? they are on the top inner part of the rim i cant get a better pic sry

but what are these?

they are a small clear circle with a white dot in the middle sorta like a pimple haha is my tank going throught puberty lol
