Need to replace some led's

I have four 3W led lights, each one has 40 leds, half are whites and half are blues. I'd like to replace some of the bulbs, a couple are out and I would like to add different colors and more blues to it but not sure it can be done and if it can be, how.

I got them from someone who didn't know much about where they came from so I need all the info I can get on switching some of them. I took a shot of what the lights look like and am just curious as to how I can do the switch. What type of leds are these called? I realize I will have to do some soldering to put new ones in, if I can buy them. Any help on these would be great.

There are plenty of DIY threads out there. You can replace them, just use 3 watt Cree bulbs.
