A sailfin tang, which can grow up to 16", is not a good choice for a 33g tank. In fact, there is no tang that will work in that sized tank.

A sailfin tang will be okay in a 90 gallon tank for quite a while -- just be prepared to give it away or get a new tank down the road when it gets large.

I'd say that all depends on the size of the tang now.

OOPS !!!!!!!! I have a Sailfin in my 90. He's fine with my Clarki Clown. Guess I'll be upgrading down the road.....

Most tangs including a sail fin would be better suited in a 6 ft tank like a 125. Something with lot`s of swimming room. They should get along together.
