I found this little guy on a piece of live rock I bought a couple of weeks ago. Is it an urchin of some kind?

Urchins are a good member of the CUC. Heck most intentionally put one in.

Looks like it might be a pencil urchin. Mine enjoyed chewing up my rocks and corals before he took a trip back to the petstore.
