I started with flake food, then switched to frozen. The fish like it a lot better, they eat more of it, and my water quality has gone up since switching..

Yes,switch to frozen when you can.Prime Reef by Ocean Nutrition and mysis make great clown foods.Avoid brine shrimp unless it has been vitamin enhanced,brine has no nutritional value.

Dont forget to change up their diet some.It helps to feed them different foods.Krill,mysis shrimp,you get the idea.
