L'homme de l'eau
Hey,

I'm Alex, and I have always had a love for keeping fish from the time I was 1 year old. I would stare at my father's 40 gallon tropical setup for literally hours. I have kept most species of commonly available freshwater fish, and in December became involved in the salt water variant of the hobby.

Currently, I have a 10 gallon Marina Aquarium, for my marine animals. I decided to begin small for economical reasons. It houses:

  1. 1 Blue Fin Damselfish
  2. 4 Red Leg Hermit Crabs

I understand many people may not like Damselfish due to their aggression, or for other reasons. However, they are one of my favorite species due to their brilliant colors, and attitudes.

I also keep freshwater. I currently have a 55 gallon African Cichlid aquarium.

I am here to engage in friendly discussions, learn more about this "this side of the waters", and help people with their questions.

Hello and Welcome!!!

The damsel is a great fish if they are by themselves, but also long term the damsel will need a bigger home. Something close to the 30 gal range
