Looks like a good setup, post some pictures so we can have a look at yer new tank. I've recently started a tank too nearly ready to get the live rock and live sand in - all very exciting :)

I forgot to say that I have heard bad thing about biowheels.They can become nitrate factories .I think with the aqua clears,skimmer and live rock you be ok.You might want to remove the biowheels

Yup, with that much live rock dump the bio wheels. You rock will do the work on converting nitrites. I would keep the emperor running with the filters and charcoal it will help remove large debris and keep your water clearer.
