Newbie with problems please help

Hi my name is Jason I'm new to the saltwater aquariums I'm having trouble figuring out this used tank I bought. Can anybody please tell me what kind of filtration system it uses it's acrylic with separate compartment in back don't know what it's called but look at pics thanks for you help in advanced :^::^:





Ps. Can anybody explain how it works and what are the compartments for :mrgreen:

I can't tell exactly what I'm looking at but back compartments are for ur skimmer and other filters u wanna hide, kinda like the biocube aquarium.

Ya, those pics aren't the best, and I would like to see the view from the front as well. How big of a tank is it?

It looks like the area all the way to the right w/ the triple baffle is your intake. I don't know if the fuge should be in the middle or left though. I don't know what that black pipe running from the middle to the left does. Then of course one section is the return.

The only filtration you need is your live rock and live sand. A skimmer would help remove gunk before it breaks down, but it's not necessary....it just really helps.

Ooooh I see it's in the back of the tank. Just noticed that.

That's a pretty awesome tank ,I would make the back a fuge and a spot for an algae scrubber ...please post better pics

It looks like there is no gaurd on your overflow, which could suck fish into the back of the tank. Can you find a manufacturer's name on it anywhere? I'm stumped.
