Newly Discovered Hydroid problem

Does anyone know how bad this species is for a reef tank. I have them all over the glass which means they are all over the rock (but can't see any). I'll probably syphon them off the glass. Are their any nudi's that eat these things? I've heard people say peppermints, CBBs, rusty angels, etc. but nothing definate. The picture I attached is from the web. I can't get a decent picture. They are too small.

I do be leave these are harmless they've always been in in my tanks with no problem i think the harmful colonial hydroids they have little tubes

This tank has been up for 7 years. Maybe they came in on a frag?

Your tank is probably just at the right matureness for them to populate it happens at any time really
