Normal Behavior?

My coral beauty, which was added 3 days ago, has been coming out more recently, but he's SO SCARED! I can be sitting accross the room, like 15 feet away and just turn my head to look at the tank and he freaks out and darts for the rocks. Is this normal? I know he's still getting used to the tank, but at the LFS he was sitting right up to the front glass even when i put my face right up to it to check him out for parasites, etc.

Anyone own one that could chip in? Are they social fish or do they hide a lot.

Mine hides a lot. He comes out to eat at feeding time, and sometimes I see him scavenging on the rocks, but most of the time he hides.

yeah its been 4days and he still hides a lot... he comes out to eat and every once in a while i see him wandering around but for the most part he's in the rocks

I had a coral beauty, but he died after the last hurricane. I replaced him with a Fisher's Angel. The Fisher's Angel hid a lot for the first couple of weeks, but now he is out in the open most of the time just swimming about.
