Yes,sort of.

Not as good as say an in-sump skimmer but good for a HOB skimmer.Octopus does make good skimmers but I believe that is a discontinued model or a model without the surface skimmer.The newer models pull water directly from the surface which is the ideal place for HOB skimmers.The newer versions are way more expensive so if cost is an issue then that will do okay.

I don't have the room for a sump, so the only option that I have for a skimmer is HOB. I can afford a little more than that. I just thought that I found a really good buy, and I have never heard of a dual-skimmer before.

Octopus HOB skimmers are probably the best HOB skimmers out there at the moment. Another good one is the Aqua C Remora Pro.

+1 on the Aqua C. I had one on my last tank, and it's still working like a champ on my mother's tank.

If you haven't seen the new Octopus HOB skimmer then here it is.Pretty costly and colorful!:D

I really like the design,surface skimmer and bubble trap for those pesky microbubbles that is so common with HOB skimmers.
