Yeah I really wish I could grow some purple! I get little discs of the bright green coraline, which isnt toooooo ugly haha. I get some brown too. I scrape that off :-P

PS: feel free to give me and tra_w some advice on getting purple to grow ;-)

Coraline is interesting stuff, Mine is this Hot Pink color.

I have found that the color of the coralline is relative to the brightness of the tank. The dimmer the light the more purple the algae the brighter it is the pinker and there is always green when it starts to grow.
