over flow and pump

im building a sump for my 75g tank. im using a 20 gallon long. I have the sump all built but i have to order an overflow box and a pump. i was gonna order a eshopps PF-300 overflow and a mad drive 500 (MD5) from drsfostersmith.com

This is my first sump so I just want to make sure im buying the right stuff before i place the order. any info would be helpful

I also have a 75 I just made a sump for out of a 14 gallon. From what I gathered here from previous posts, I am getting a mag drive 7 (700 gph) and an eShopps PF-800. I'm guessing with a 75 gallon, a lot more flow is better.
