Overflow and Return Pump

    So I am going to be installing a 10 gallon sump under my 29 gallon aquarium. The distance from the bottom of the sump to the top of the tank is approximately 46 inches. The Overflow I have on order is the Eshopps PF-300 rated for up to 75 gallons with a flow of 300 GPH. The return pump I will be using is the [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Rio-Plus-1400-Aqua-Pump/dp/B000IMXTCG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1334599944&sr=8-1"]Rio 1400[/ame] with a flow of 420 GPH with a maximum head of 6.5 feet. How does this sound?
