Overflow box

I think I'm going to buy this:

CPR CS Overflow Boxes

Is this what I want? From what I understand, I'll also need one of those water lifters, and a return pump. I've been trying to find a long bar (diffuser?) on the return but I don't know what they are called and I can't find one. Is there anything else I need to order (not stuff I can buy at a hardware store)

And here's a good overflow box, a little less expensive then the one you are looking at, I have it and works great, I don't have any input on the one you choose. Just trying to help.

I actually have one of the Lifereef overflow boxes for my 45G and I like it a lot! I don't need an aqualifter pump or anything, and the overflow is guaranteed to have the siphon automatically start after a power outage. I've tested this and it works! They are a little spendy but this is really high quality stuff. Plus Jeff over there is great with customer service!

I have the CPR 90 works great, I have the Durso Sandpipe its not so loud this way. Here is a link for that mod
