PAR and LED's

I have a question about LED lights and PAR. The LED that i currently have, (buildmyled) measures lighting by PAR. I cannot figure out what PAR would equal the high/medium lighting needed for LPS

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking.

Medium PAR will be somewhere between 100-150 PAR maybe up to 200 PAR.

Hmmm… hard to say. The par from LEDs seems to be different than the traditional lighting options we are used to measuring.
I can tell you that almost everybody I know runs their Radions at around 50-60% give or take. Maybe you could look at their par charts on their website and then use that as a guide?
