so my second peppermint shrimp has gone missing... i havent seen it in a week or so and there has been more clicking.... no molts no ammonia spike and no body. i still havent seen a pistol but im starting to think its a mantis because its able to click much faster now... i have no idea where what ever it is, is hiding and ive even been trying to dangle food in crevices with no luck... any tips to spotting one?

Get a small flash light with a red bulb.Then spend some time scoutin the tank after the lights are out for the night.

I have a blue LED penlight that works great. You want just enough light to barely see but not too much to scare stuff back into hiding. Good luck with the hunt.

ok once i used the flashlight app on my phone and it lit things very dimly i bet that would work perfect.
