Put a net in the tank and leave it there for a few days to let all get use to it. preferably near the shrimps hang out. dont feed and get the shrimp hungry. put a piece of squid or fish in the net and be patient, the shrimp will go for the food. Now if you have diff animals in the tank you may need to try this a few times but it can be done. good luck.
