More frustrating?

  1. Having the tracking number and seeing how little progress is being made

Is it more frustrating to have the UPS tracking number and see how little progress is being made on an order or just to be left in the dark and know that it is supposedly on its way?

I hate having the tracking number sometime just because it never changes. or you see your product go from one side of the US to the other before it get to you in the middle of the country

    What? I can't select all 3 options :D

Sometimes people are slick and the create a shipment and send you a tracking number but they have not actually shipped it. At least with the tracking number I can verify that UPS actually has the box.

Not saying anything is wrong with them. It's just nerve wrecking hitting refresh on the tracking page while waiting for a new toy.

Yep, checked three times already to make sure my Koralia is still on it's way. Nice to have a tracking number just to be able to see it's progress to my door.
