Pom Pom Crab

Does anyone keep these litttle creatures? I have a female with an eggsack in my 8 gallon BC.

I had one for a few years in my 180g. They are extremely cool crabs. my favorite looking crab by far. only one problem is that their natural defense is not that great so they spend tons of time hiding. So in a 180gal i saw that little dude maybe 3-4 times. but definitely would sit in front of the tank for long periods of time every time I saw him.

I think having mine in such a small enviroment is working out, i can always see her! I must say, they're definetly a neat little crusteacean!

I have or had one. I have seen it a couple of times but that is all. Cool but better in a very small space so you can enjoy it.

I enjoy mine, she really seems to be doing well.

Yeah, they're definitely cool looking crabs.. I've got one in my tank that was a hitchhiker, Like others have said, I very rarely ever see him. When I was cycling my tank he came wandering out of a rock. (I actually posted a thread about it) I had no idea what it was. I got a glimpse of him yesterday while rearranging my rock. Those are the only 2 times I've seen him in 8-9 months.
