Possible problem with my leather...........

Hey there everyone, I have a question about my toadstool leather. When I came home from over the weekend I looked at my tank and it was low on water cuz of evaporation, so I added fresh RO/DI water and then I looked at the tank on sunday and my leather coral was leaning to the right and the fingers (sorry dont know the technical name for them) were only partially out. What could have caused this? Is this normal? When i get home from work today ill be doing a 20% water change and testing my params again. I'll update then.....Thanks for all the help.:shock:

I'll bet its about to start sloughing off its dead skin and mucus layer.Leathers will do that from time to time.
But go ahead and post up your parameters just in case.

your probably just noticing growth. I hae a devils finger that has doubled in size since I've had it and it's constantly leaning and shriveling.

Also leathers can be given an iodine dip to pep them up. I`ve done this before with good results.
