Power heads / wave makers

I have a Juwel trigon 190 litre tank I had one 3000 litre and hour power head I also have a 5000 litres per hour one should I use them both or just one the 3000 litre one was doing a good job help please

You want at least 20 times your tank volume turned over per hour. So 20 x 190 liters = 3,800. I would either use both, or just use the 5,000 lph one, although the 3,000 lph one is close enough, that I think it would still be fine if you think it's doing a good job.
