Pump Advice

Building a new stand for the Picotope, bringing it back again! Hooray. Finally.
The stand itself will be 4 feet high, with an extra 8 inches for the water level in the tank.
Need some input on what the best pump would be just to bring the water up at a decent pace, not worried about turnover, I shall have a pump in there. Cheers!

Have you looked into reeflo blowhole pumps? I like that you can pick 3 different settings on them for pump speed
