Pyram Snails Massive Death

Reefing newb
Was on the other day and asked some advice on our sudden death of sea urchin, crab, banagaii cardinals, foxface etc. Now we've noticed that our big tridacna clam is unhealthy and appears to be infested with pyran snails. He is attached to a rock so can't get him off for a scrub or fresh water wash. Anyone have any ideas? Do yellow wrasse work for cleaning? Is our whole tank invested now or will these snails leave the rest of the tank alone?

I know there something that'll eat those snails, but I cant think of what it is right now.
If you'll take a credit card and work it between the clams foot and the rock ( be gentle ) the clam will turn loose. Then just brush the snails off into a bowl of fresh water.
You'll also want to pick them out as you see them in your tank. They'll eat corals to.

Yes, but don't use the butter knife to cut the clam! Just press it gently against the foot. Anemones and clams hate the feel of metal, and usually release their foot when they feel the knife pressed up against them.
