Question about a pump

My mom and dad in Tennessee stumbled upon a small pump was wondering if I would be able to use it for my tank somehow. I have no clue either so I figured I would come to you guys and ask.

I have a 56 High tank now and I don't have a sump just YET but plan to in the future. The pump in question is a:

you could use it if it can overcome the head pressure but 120 gph is very low you would want 300 to 600gph but to get you up and going its better than nothing plus it could be useful in future waters changes or a topoff pump
