question for friend lights and ???

currently im running a coralife 14,000 k 150 watt HQI that came with my fixture..bought current USA 150w/14,000 replacement bulb new bulb does not seem as bright.. is there a burn in process..plz advise

There can be a huge difference in output between 2 different brand MH bulbs. There is no "burn in" time in which the bulb will get any brighter. If anything, it may turn a little whiter looking due to a slight change in the color spectrum as the bulb ages.

I have heard it takes 100 hours before a bulbs true color shows.
