Quiet vibration of return pump.

I'm using a Mag Drive 2400 for a return pump. When I leak tested my tank and all the overflow/return lines, I noticed it gets rather loud with vibrations. I have since then readjusted the lines and the pump itself is now more firmly attached to the stand and the rest of the plumbing but I don't yet know what it'll sound like. When I turn it back on in a few days and if it still makes a lot of noise, what is good to use to put under it to absorb the vibration noise? I have read and been told I can use a mouse pad but I have also read that that's not a good idea. If those aren't good to use, what is most used to put under it to absorb some of the noise?
