Reefing newb
This rock is one of the first pieces of live rock I got and it is in an area with no flow now it's got all kinds of gunk on it. What's the frosting like coating on it? Long green algae? Anything on there look harmfull?

Some little stick like stuff growing out of my zoa's preventing some of them from opening correctly. I tried tweezing them off a few times but they just seem to grow back even more:

And this Aiptasia/ Majano which I have already showed before, growing and moving a lot. Been too lazy to pick up some Aiptasia X and was hoping my pepp shrimp would take him out.

First pic-
Sponge and I see runners on that algae.Definitely a type of caulerpa, maybe Caulerpa nummularia. Both reef safe, the caulerpa can become a problem if it is allowed to spread, choking light and runners over the corals.

Second-
Pineapple sponge-reef safe.

Third-
Some kind of filamented algae.I would try to remove them all,if possible.

Fourth-
Kill the aiptasia.

The only way without harming the zoas is keep trying what you are doing already...tweezers.Make sure you get all the runners from the caulerpa or they will come back too.
