Recommend light for 10G nano?

What lights (Wattage, Type) would be best for my 10G nano? Could I get any setups for less than $100? Because If not, I'll just grab the 70W MH from FNI.com

I'd like to keep these corals:
(Not necessarily all of them, these are just what I like, i'll need to see which ones I can find)

-Candy Cane Coral
-Torch Coral
-Frogspawn (top pick)
-Hammer Coral
-Neon Pineapple Tree
-Ricordeas
-Pulsing Xenias
-Blue Mushrooms
