red sea c skim 1800 help!

im having alot of problems with it ...will it be affected if the skimmer is higher then my sump?

Nope. Do you have a slide valve, gate valve that you can adjust. My water level is below my skimmer and i had to extend the inlet pipe to work. I believe you just need to fiddle with the valving
It took a little bit to prime it, take the collection cup off and pour water down it until you see all the bubbles come out of the inlet.

is a ball valve i have it workin at about 30% with about 10% air but it is workin:P
