red slime problem

I recently obtained a frag and some red slime is growing on it now. How do I get rid of it.

try siphoning it out before you add any kind of chemicals to remove it.
last time a little cyano popped up on my sand I siphoned it all out and there is no more red slime :)

I would brush it off before you dip it, and then once again try and remove all that you can before adding it to the tank
