Reef Octopus skimmer-setting correct water level

I have the Reef Octopus NWB 110 skimmer and on the side it says minimum water level and maximum water level, only thing is, is that there are bubbles everywhere and I'm not exactly sure where the actually water level is. Is there a way to know for sure, lol?

I think it means the water level of the water you are putting it in, like how deep the water is.

+1 Cool, it's talking about the water level in your sump.

My skimmer has a valve to control the water level inside it, how will I know when it is tuned the best?

You need to make small adjustments, and give them a while to see the results. When you get it set to the right spot you'll see the bubbles make to the the lip of the cup and start bubbling over the edge.
