As some of you all have read I've had some bulb issues in my aquarium. I was referred to Reefgeek back 4 or so months ago when I first got my MH setup. I picked out a bulb that was way too yellow. I honestly didn't think RG could do anything for me..but they offered me a discount on another bulb.

There was some confusion with my ballast and I ended up with a bulb that wouldn't regularly work. I sent it in and it tested out perfectly. Greg over at RG offered to exchange my bulb for one that would work with my ballast, free of charge. Today a new bulb arrived and everything looks groovy in the tank.

I'm very happy with the service they've provided and I can say that they really take care of their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again for my lighting needs and I think others should support places like this where the customers satisfaction is still something of importance.
