Refugium?

I have an extra 10 gal and was thinking about making a refugium for my 55 what do I need get. How do I do it? Would it be a good thing to do? Just thinking any info would be great

the 55 seems to be doing good, algae is not quite as bad and everything seems ok beside for what seemed like ick a week or so ago.
