resealing tank

so I resealed my 40 gallon tank yesterday and just filled it today with water. I see no bubbles or any other signs of leaks. How long should I wait until I put it back on the stand and fill it there?

At least 48hours, then do another leak test just to be sure.

i used aquarium approved silicone and the cure time was 24 hours.. not sure what you are using but it should say on the bottle. If it doesnt then i would say 48 hours as well.
