It looks like it's in the process of bleaching. Either too much light or too little light. It also looks to be torn?

I am going to go with too much light those MH are really strong and mushrooms dont care for strong lights. Do you have a place where you can put it so that it gets a little shade?

Yeah it should come back but it might take a few weeks.
About a month ago my local store got in a really awesome coral that was totally white and i was like WHAT IS THAT ITS AWESOME! and the guy said no its bleached its not supposed to be white!!
I went in there the other day and its gotten all its color in but I thought it was better all white hahah

Yeah, it will make it. Shrooms and rics are very hardy and will come back if bleached.
Amber -- I would be careful listening to that LFS if he's telling you a coral is supposed to be white! That's not true, as evidenced by the fact that the coral got its color back. A white coral is not a healthy coral.

No my lfs is pretty good they always ask questions about what people have already, what size the tank is etc. He told me not to get a wrasse I liked if I wanted to keep my shrimp cause he knows I love my shrimp Louie!
