RIP miss Sunny has died :(

My mantis shrimp Sunny died today :( she was having issues with molting.

Sorry to hear about the loss. Was that the one in the vid vs. the crab?

No the one in the vid was Mr. Nice Guy he died about 1 year ago :( I had him for over 6 years.

Sunny was his replacement but she wasn't violent at all, she hated to kill things, she preferred frozen foods.

Sorry for your loss. As far as the molting iodine is a key element that inverts need for that. Are you doing frequent PWC`s to replenish the iodine.

Thanks for the suggestion. Of course iodine and water changes are done regularly, sunny is/was in one of my species tanks that is connected to the 850 (1200) reef. Not sure why she had such a hard time but everything checks out reads as it should, just one of those things that we can't explain. :(
