RO/DI Collection Barrel

Hey all,
I have a 50gpd RODI system. I usually fire it up on the weekends and fill all my 5-6 gallon buckets. We'll I'm tired of doing this and have been meaning to get a big food grade barrel for collection, maybe 2. What do you use? I hear a lot of you use standard garbage cans. Do you have to be concerned about any water quality issues with certain plastics? Thanks!

32 Gal Brut Can. Modified it so that my Automatic float switch connects to it so that I can fill it overnight while i sleep.
