Saltwater Newbie

Hi, First time working with a saltwater tank & first time on a forum. Saltwater is much more work that I realized & there is a lot to know. I have been looking through this site’s forums & the members are very helpful. I have so many questions. I thought I was prepared by reading saltwater books but this forum covers all the “real life” tank situations I have encountered. Thanks for being so informative (as I forum stalked) to other members, it has already helped me a ton.

How long has your tank been up and running for?? If its new you SHOULD NOT have an anemone in there. They need prestine water and a new tank doesn't ahve the nutrients to sustain them
